Heat components of Phase A and Phase B separately to 70-75°C with mixing. Continue mixing until uniform. Remove from heat. With high shear mixing, emulsify Phase B into Phase A. Within the first 5 minutes of emulsifying Phase B into Phase A, slowly add Phase C to batch. Viscosity will decrease. Lower mixing speed to accommodate and continue emulsifying process. Continue mixing for up to 10 minutes. With gentle agitation, add Phase D to batch. Continue mixing up to 20 minutes until desired viscosity is achieved. When the batch has cooled to <40°C, add Phase E components individually with continued gentle agitation.
